My Top 3 Eyeliners (PIGMENTED AND LONG LASTING)

Hello beautifuls!

I'm so excited to announce this because I've been on a hunt for long-lasting, pigmented, amazing eyeliners for a really long time! Out of so many that I've tried, I picked it down to my top 3 eyeliners. These liners are from various price ranges, and types so I hope you find one that suits your budget!

1. Pencil
2. Liquid
3. Gel

1. Pencil
Makeup Forever Aqua Eyes Eyeliner in
Matte Black 0L

I am obsessed, OBSESSED, with the Makeup Forever Aqua Eyes Eyeliner in Matte Black 0L. This eyeliner is literally the best black eyeliner I've ever used. This eyeliner is in tough competition with the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Zero. I personally like the Makeup Forever Aqua Eyes better because it still glides as easy, but it's not super super rich and creamy like the Urban Decay one which is more prone to smudging and sliding off. I absolutely love this eyeliner! It doesn't come off, it stays on all day throughout school, and throughout the day. This is my everyday eyeliner. This eyeliner is a high-end eyeliner so it is pricier than the eyeliner you might find at the drugstore. It's $18.00+tax.

2. Liquid
Urban Decay 24/7 Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner in
Perversion

For pencil eyeliner, I say Makeup Forever. However, for liquid eyeliner, I will always be in love with the Urban Decay 24/7 Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner in Perversion. It literally doesn't move, at all! It sets after a couple seconds and doesn't come off until the moment you take it off with a good makeup remover. I wore it at Punta Cana for my vacation at the beach, in the pool, in the shower and this wouldn't come off! I was so surprised when they said waterproof...they meant it!
This eyeliner is a high-end eyeliner so it is pricier than the eyeliner you might find at the drugstore. It's $19.00+tax.

3. Gel
Essence Gel Eyeliner in
Midnight in Paris 01
You might be surprised that this eyeliner beat out all of the other high-end eyeliners that I've tried. I like this much better than my Smashbox Jet Set Waterproof Eye Liner in Deep Black which is $18.00 more than this one. It is the Essence Gel Eyeliner in Midnight in Paris 01. This eyeliner is only $3.99 at Ulta and it stays on SO much longer than my Smashbox one. It's smooth, creamy, and set's to last for a really long time until you take it off. It's really pigmented, a true black. It stays on throughout the day and water!

So here are my top 3 eyeliners! I hope you enjoyed, don't forget to subscribe to my youtube channel  and follow me here on my blog!

Until Next Time,
xoxo

Review: Rimmel Scandal Eyes Waterproof Kohl Eyeliner in Nude

Rimmel Scandal Eyes Waterproof Kohl Eyeliner in Nude $4.49

Hello Beautiful (again)!

Two posts in one day! Click here to read my review on the Rimmel Match Perfection Concealer in Light! Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/vanessatiffanie

*Above is a picture of the claims, ingredient list, Rimmel Scandal Eyes Waterproof Eye Kohl in Nude, and a swatch. Pictures are my own. Sorry if the swatch is hard to see, it's a nude eyeliner!*

The Claims:

Scandal Eyes Waterproof Kohl Eyeliner by Rimmer London gives instant colour impact with its high intensity pigments. The ultra smooth & creamy formula glides on easily and doesn't budget. Smudge-proof and waterproof.

I was overjoyed when I finally saw a nude eyeliner at the drugstore! I was waiting to buy the Stila Eye Kajal Kohl Eyeliner in Topaz, but after buying this Rimmel eyeliner, it's an exact dupe! The eyeliner glides on without tug or pull It is creamy, but when I swatched it on my hand, it had a waxy feel when I touched it. It didn't smudge or budge when I rubbed on it and it claims to be waterproof, however I have not tested that out yet. It does feel and seem like it's going to last a long time so I plan on buying every single color! Nude eyeliners can be use a multi-functional product and is used for many looks, but one of the main reasons why I, and so many others, purchase these types of eyeliners is to make your eyes appear bigger, larger, and more awake.

Until Next Time,
xoxo

Review: Rimmel Match Perfection Concealer in Light

Rimmel Match Perfection Concealer in Light, $5.99
Hello beautiful!

Early this morning, I took a trip to target to buy some new makeup products! My makeup collection is an equal balance of high-end and drugstore products. I noticed that I don't have a ton of Rimmel products, so I decided to pick up a few. Two stand outs of what I purchased were things I thought would be nice to do a review for! Click here to read my review of the Rimmel Scandal Eyes Waterproof Kohl Eyeliner in Nude. Anywhos, this is a review for the Rimmel Match Perfection Concealer. I purchased it at Target for about $5.99+tax and it's in the shade Light. I'm probably going to do a tutorial with this concealer soon, so check out my youtube channel: http://www.youtube.com/vanessatiffanie and subscribe so you'll be the first to know when I do!
Below are pictures and a swatch of the Rimmel Match Perfection Concealer in Light.

This concealer is definitely creamy and it did brighten up my under eye area. I don't have a problem with dark circles, so I couldn't tell you if it covers them well, but from what I heard from a lot of bloggers and gurus is that it is an amazing under-eye concealer for the price. It doesn't feel or look cakey, and I like the coverage. It's light, and you can conceal blemishes, dark spots, etc. with this concealer. It claims to be a 2-1 concealer to conceal and highlight. I feel like it does illuminate my skin making me look more awake and brighter. It does match my skin well but has a slight pink undertone. I like how it's a squeeze-to-brush applicator but you do have to be careful how much you squeeze because if you squeeze to hard, too much product will come out. It reminds me of the YSL Touche Eclat, Maybelline Dream Lumi Touch Highlighting Concealer, and L'Oreal Magic Lumi Concealer. However, this is cheaper than those ones and works just as well.

Overall, I do like this concealer. I feel like it brightens my looks and covers what I want covered.

Until Next Time,
xoxo
Vanessa

Just before I was going to purchase this, the store's associate came up to me and asked if it was okay if she applied it on me. When she did the first swipe, there was no color on my face which was disappointing. Then, she swiped it a second time. Still no color. She seemed shock herself. The third time she pushed kind of hard on my face and the color finally showed up, and I'm going to be 100% honest with you guys. I didn't like it. It looked...unnatural on my face. There were 3 colors and the orange color was not flattering on my skin. Maybe it's because I'm slightly tanner from my vacation? I have no idea, and then when she blended the colors onto my skin, it seemed as if nothing was there. She complimented me how "beautiful" I looked, but I honestly saw nothing on my face than what I applied in the morning. I ended up not purchasing this product because I was not really in love with it and it is $30.00 which is pricy for this 0.28 oz stick.
I have to say, I was disappointed in this product. I was super excited for it because it reminded me of the NARS Multiples. :(

Swatch!

After pushing the product firmly onto my hand.
The orange color is VERY orange looking
