FREE Physician's Formula Products! By Mail-in rebate

Hi everyone, so I am here today with a new and amazing deal that will blow your socks off! Well, if you're not wearing socks then it'll just blow your mind!
Currently, on the Physician's Formula website, you can  get  4 of their new products for free! All you have to do is go to www.physiciansformula.com and click the tab that says "Special Offers"

Then, you'll be directed to their special offers page with a bunch of different rebates for different products, as well as instructions on how to claim these products.
*Remember, this is by Mail-in rebate, so you must purchase the products first then send in the label and the receipt into the designated address.

I have already claimed the foundation, concealer, mascara and eyeliner already and I absolutely love the products! The foundation is my new all time favorite foundation because it goes on so velvety, and light and it has really great coverage! It is not your average liquid foundation, it isn't liquid at all! It's more of a mousse/velvet texture. I'll have a review up on my blog soon on that foundation (I have a mini typed up review that I posted on ulta.com that you can check out below). I plan on buying another shade! After all the rebates have been sent and processed, I saved $50! $50 on products that I wouldn't really consider buying until I found this and since that I have found my new favorite foundation!

Click the picture to read
**Also** I found that Wal-mart and Ulta do not carry the rebated label packages. CVS, Walgreens, and Rite Aid have the specially labelled packaging.
Look for the packages marked with a  "Try Me FREE!" label on them.

Hurry and claim the rebate before the offer expires!

Until Next Time,
xoxo

Dry Lips? My favorite lip moisturizers and a DIY lip scrub!

Summer, Winter, Spring, Fall. Rain or Shine. It's possible no matter when to get dry lips. Even though it's more easier to get drier lips in the winter season because all the moisture is being sucked out of your body. It's so easy to get super soft, healthy lips really quickly!

First off, it's very very very very very important to moisturize your lips daily with a lip balm/moisturizer.
From Left to Right: Soft Lips Lip Protectant SPF 20 in Vanilla $2.99, Nivea A Kiss Of Moisture Hydrating Lip Care SPF 4 $2.99, EOS Smooth Sphere Lip Balm in Summer Fruit $3.29 , Korres Lip Butter in Pomegranate $12.00
-Prices vary by location-
Out of my huge stash, or should I say hoard, of lip moisturizing products, these 4 would have to be my favorites. I picked 3 inexpensive ones that you can find at most drugstores, and one of my higher-end brand ones. All of them moisturize well, and they are just super good for your lips. If I had to pick one though, it'd defiantly be the Korres Lip Butter. I absolutely love the sheer color it gives my lips in addition to the impactful moisturization it provides for them. Although it is on the pricier side for the size you buy, it is absolutely amazing and worth the money. After I bought the Korres lip butter I started purchasing more products from them, such as their lip glaze (Which I must say is amazing! It just has a little more pigmentation and creaminess than the butters.)

Second off, exfoliation. E X F O L I A T I O N. Memorize this word as it will become essential to your beauty routine. Exfoliating your lips will slaw off all the dead skin flakes (ew, I know, sounds gross) and help stimulate blood cells for more radiant, healthy lips. *But don't over exfoliate, that could cause breakage, bleeding, etc. Once or twice a week is good enough!

You can easily spend a ton of money on really expensive lip scrubs which mostly all contain the same ingredient, sugar. Since lip scrubs are not sold at the drugstore (usually), they can be hard to find and most of the time, expensive. You can be paying anywhere from $10-$50 on lip scrub products. Here is an easy recipe that provides the exact same effects as expensive lip scrubs you can purchase at beauty stores. These ingredients are mostly found in all kitchens so it's cheap and effective!

Ingredients:
**Try to use all organic ingredients**
1. White Sugar/Brown Sugar- you can use either or, or you can mix them together! Just make sure the crystals are fine, not too bulky or harsh.
2. Honey
3. Jojoba Oil, Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Lemon juice, Sweet Almond Oil..etc. (Optional)-If you want extra moisturization.
4. Food Coloring (Optional)-If you want it to be a certain color.

1. Just mix the ingredients together so it'll become a scrub like paste. Not too liquidy, but not too rough. Pour mixture in a small container and you're done!

I love making DIY beauty projects such as this scrub because it's customizable and fun! You can add any ingredients you'd like. You can decorate the container, personalize it with a label, the possibilities are endless!

Until Next Time,
xoxo

Lancome La Laque Fever Lip Gloss in Cyber Coral

Hello beautifuls! So I took a trip to the mall and I had to buy this super cute lip gloss. It's Lancome La Laque Fever Lip Gloss in Cyber Coral. I am totally in love with it! It's such a beautiful coral/peach shade with shimmer in it. It is worth the $27. Why?
-Smooth
-Long lasting color
-Long lasting shine
-Gorgeous color
-Beautiful packaging  (Looks so cute!)
-Applicator applies onto lips fully (Easy application)

I prefer to buy high-end lip glosses over ones you can find at the drugstore because most of the time, those at the drugstore are overly sticky. It isn't really really gloppy or anything. This one starts slightly sticky which made me not like it so much, but if you give it a couple minutes to set in it becomes a really smooth and nice gloss! I absolutely love the texture and color it gives me.

Favorite Nail Polish for the Summer! Look tanner!

Hi beautiful!

Okay, so I know that in the summer e v e r y o n e wants to look tan. I know I do! My favorite nail polish to wear in the summertime is Nicole by OPI It Starts With Me. It's a beautiful champagne metallic shade that elongates your fingers, in my OPInion, making them slimmer. (See what I did there with the "OPInion"? haha) Usually, I'd wear pretty reds, hot pinks, neon oranges, and electrifying blues in the summer, but I've just been obsessed with this shade because it really gives you that sexy, neutral, tan look, which is absolutely beautiful. If you ever saw a Victoria's Secret summer collection advertising wether on TV, or print, they don't wear crazy colored nail polish, only really natural/neutral polish.

Sorry If the lighting in the picture isn't that great, but there's how it looks on!

I hope you enjoy this post, and I'll talk to you soon!

Until next time...

Review: Covergirl's New "BB Cream"

Hi pretties! Sorry I haven't been blogging lately, it's just been hard with school, boys, friends, etc. But now, it's finally summer!!! I'm so happy and excited for the months ahead. Anyways, I wanted to make this post on a new product I found at my local Wal-Mart. It's the Covergirl cgsmoothers BB Cream Tinted Moisturizer+SPF 15. I haven't seen this product in any other store except for this Wal-Mart. I was looking to buy one of my favorite drugstore tinted moisturizers (Covergirl Aqua cgsmoothers SPF 15 tinted moisturizer) in a darker shade because summer's here and I only own the light shade. But they didn't have the tinted moisturizer in a darker shade, instead they had their "BB Cream". You're probably wondering why I put quotation marks on BB Cream. That's because this product...isn't a BB Cream.

BB Creams is a very popular makeup and skincare product in Asia that is now branching into the United States. My cousins in Asia are obsessed with it! The main difference between the ones in Asia and America is that the ones manufactured in Asia have whitening properties because in Asia fair/light skin is the trend. BB Creams are light, with a medium/light coverage that is weightless. It has more than a tinted moisturizer, but less than the regular ol' foundation. BB Creams are amazing for your skin. They contain skin beneficial ingredients that protect and nourish your skin.

The Covergirl BB Cream is nothing more than their tinted moisturizer...renamed. Now, don't get me wrong, I love their tinted moisturizer. It provides nice, sheer coverage that is very light and gives a nice dewy look. I don't feel right that they renamed their product to "BB Cream" because it basically is their famous tinted moisturizer renamed. The formulation isn't any different, and there are no new skin beneficial ingredients. I do highly recommend this product because it is light and provides sheer coverage that will hide redness, even out the skin tone but not cover pimples. It also gives my skin a healthy, natural dewy look that I love to wear for school and the summer time.

So, as you can see the products contain the same things from ingredients to packaging. It is basically repackaged tinted moisturizer. I actually really like the product, but I wish they didn't call it a BB cream because it isn't one, just sticking with the tinted moisturizer name would've been just as fine.

IN A SHORT:
I really like this tinted moisturizer. It provides nice, sheer coverage that evens out my skintone and makes my skin look nice, healthy and dewy. It gives a certain glow to it. It isn't at all a BB cream, but a nice ol' tinted moisturizer.

Until next time...
